She gives freedom to her customers so that they are 100% sure and have all their doubts clarified before making a final decision, she even readily agreed proactively in showing us the houses after dark as we wanted to see how the house, locality and area looked after dark from security and safety standpoint. The only hurdle we encountered was while dealing with an inexperienced and unprofessional lender who trapped us in a nasty deal and wasted a lot of our time so we had no option but to switch to a different lender at the last minute.
